False Pass Advisory Committee
The False Pass Advisory Committee represents the community of False Pass with 15 undesignated seats. The False Pass AC is located on the Aleutian Chain on Unimak Island in Game Management Unit 10. Its areas of jurisdiction are Game Management Units 9 and 10; for finfish, the Alaska Peninsula-Aleutian Islands; and for shellfish, the westward area other than king crab; westward area king crab; Area O king crab; and Area Q king crab. The False Pass AC is an active committee, holding 1-2 in-person and teleconference meetings per year focusing on both fishing and game management issues.
