McGrath Advisory Committee
The McGrath Advisory Committee represents the communities of McGrath, Nikolai, Takotna, and Telida. There are six designated seats for McGrath, three designated seats for Nikolai, two designated seats for Takotna, one designated seat for Telida, and three undesignated seats, for a total of 15 seats. These communities are located in Game Management Subunit 19D. The area of jurisdiction identified in 5 AAC 97.005 is Game Management Unit 19. The area of jurisdiction for finfish is the Kuskokwim River. The McGrath Advisory Committee is an active committee that holds up to two meetings a year focusing on local hunting and trapping concerns on the state and federal level.
