Sand Point Advisory Committee
The Sand Point Advisory Committee has 15 undesignated seats and is located on the southern east side of the Alaska Peninsula in Game Management Unit 9D. This is an active committee, holding 1–2 in person meetings per year focusing primarily on fishing issues, and taking up game management issues as needed. Its areas of jurisdiction are Game Management Unit 9; for finfish, the Alaska Peninsula-Aleutian Islands; and for shellfish, the westward area other than king crab; westward area king crab; Area O king crab; and Area Q king crab.
