Upper Tanana/Fortymile Advisory Committee
The Upper Tanana/Fortymile Advisory Committee has a total of nine members representing the communities of Tok, Northway, Tetlin, Dot Lake, Tanacross, and Healy Lake. There are three designated seats for Tok, one designated seat for each of the other communities, and one undesignated seat. These communities are located in Game Management Unit (GMU) 12 and Game Management Subunit 20D. The areas of jurisdiction identified in 5 AAC 97.005 are GMUs 12 and 20, and the Tanana River area for finfish. The Upper Tanana/Fortymile Advisory Committee is an active committee that meets monthly to discuss local and statewide game and habitat concerns on state and federal levels.
