Whittier Advisory Committee
The Whittier AC has nine undesignated seats with members residing in Anchorage, Whittier, Girdwood, Big Lake and Wasilla. The Whittier AC meets on an as needed basis. This committee primarily focuses on Prince William Sound fisheries issues. It has strong sport and commercial fishing interests. Areas of jurisdiction for the Whittier AC are Game Management Units 6, 7, and 14; and PWS–Lower Copper River area fisheries.
